PS Note from Erin: These videos are great, and they give you a good idea of what you can expect from the wines that we try.  But one thing we can’t really capture is how the wines open up and change after they have been poured.  This was really apparent with the Russian Hill.  Over the course of the evening this wine became more complex and elegant going from a delicious bottle of wine to one that was truly memorable.
